Hypothyroid Chef and Mahar Creative LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the Personal Information that you may provide us when using this Site. This Privacy Policy is to be considered part of the Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) which governs your use of this Site in general but placed in a separate document to focus on the privacy policy as it pertains to your permission to use the Site. Such information is collected, for example, when users register for accounts or engage in programs or events on our Site, or participate in or communicate with team members or others, enter sweepstakes or contests, complete surveys, use software, connect to social media channels and platforms, use applications or software made available to you by or on behalf of us, post User Content, contribute to your daily score, participate in a chat room, message board, comment section, list serve, blog, vlog, wiki, or other open forum available from, on, or through our Site, submit a comment or question to us in any form or through any medium, or in any other way submit Personal Information to us via our Site. We also collect information regarding your participation and activities within or associated with our events and programs.

Personal Health Information
The Site may, from time to time, allow users to provide certain personal health information, and we will collect this data, which includes (for example) health conditions, exercise habits, workout results, body measurements, vital records, sleep, diet, hydration and nutritional data, body type, and other characteristics. This information is optional for the user to provide but some of this information, such as sleep, diet, hydration, nutritional and workout information, may be required for players to participate in a program or event in order to track their progress and check their individual and/or team status on the leaderboard. You authorize us to collect this information when you provide it and such authorization shall be considered a valid authorization for HIPAA purposes. Hypothyroid Chef will use this information to run programs and events, including contributing to the leaderboard, and to help create a better experience and fitness and health program to provide to its users, including as part of a challenge. In addition, Hypothyroid Chef may publish some of your personal health information in connection with your Site account or program or event registration and participation (with team members and generally with other participants) and may share some of your personal health information with its service providers or other third parties in connection with operation of the Site. To protect your privacy, if Hypothyroid Chef shares your personal health information with one of our service providers, such service provider will be required to agree to and comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Unless we have your prior written request to do otherwise, if Hypothyroid Chef shares your personal health information with a third party other than one described above, we will only do so in a way that anonymizes your Personal Information, including your personal health information, and aggregate it with other users’ Personal Information.
