While they all give their own thumbprint to the concept, as a student of their teachings, I came away with the essence of a whole-life, whole-health approach to thyroid-healthy diet and lifestyle. 

During those years I ran a wellness challenge for Thyroid Thrivers, 4x/year. This is where I fell head over heels in love with health coaching. I've captained hundreds of Thyroid Thrivers through their own metamorphoses, and have witnessed the life-changing power food holds for us. 

I have walked my own healing path. I’ve been my own guinea pig, and have conducted my own healing experiments with food as medicine. I’ve tried all the diets, and experienced many wins, and some failures too. I've made ALL the common mistakes. And I created this Kickstart so that YOU don’t have to.  

I have been developing thyroid-healthy recipes since I started Hypothyroid Chef in 2015. I have devoted my livelihood to providing the solutions Thyroid Thrivers like you and me need, and that work for real people in the real world. 

I believe that as Thyroid Thrivers, food should nourish our bodies, support our health, AND be a delicious celebration to share with family and friends. As a busy, working mom, I also believe it shouldn’t be fussy, complicated, or take all day to prepare. Who needs that?!
